Ding Dong Media

Show up every week — without doing it yourself.

Posting consistently is the part most business owners give up on: there's always something more urgent. We take it over — planning the month, creating the posts and videos, publishing on schedule and replying to comments — so your brand stays visible while you run the business.

[ FAQ ]

Questions we get asked.

How much does social media management cost in Malaysia?

Our monthly packages start from [RM X], depending on how many platforms and posts you need. You'll see exactly what's included before you sign up.

How many times a week should a business post?

For most small businesses, [3–5] good posts a week beats posting every day with weak content. We'll recommend a rhythm based on your audience and platforms.

Do I get to approve posts before they go out?

Yes. You'll see the month's content in advance and can request changes before anything is published.

Which platform is best for my business: Facebook, Instagram or TikTok?

It depends on who your customers are. Facebook still reaches a broad Malaysian audience, Instagram suits visual brands, and TikTok is strongest for reaching younger customers. We'll suggest where to focus rather than spreading you thin.

Will social media bring me customers?

On its own, it mostly builds trust and awareness. Paired with ads and a good website, it becomes a real source of enquiries — which is why we connect all three.
